If you cannot sign in to Campus Square for Web, kibaco or TMU Online Portal for Students, please follow the instructions below.

How to reset your password

　If you cannot sign in to Campus Square for Web

You need to send an e-mail as followed;

-to: the office of your faculty or graduate school (see the list below)

-tytle: Request for resetting password for Campus Square for Web

-main text: ID number, faculty(or graduate school), grade, name and reason for your request (password expiration, forgetting password etc.)

If you cannot sign in to kibaco

You need to send an e-mail as followed;

-to: the office of your faculty or graduate school (see the list below)

-tytle: Request for resetting password for kibaco

-main text: ID number, faculty (or graduate school), grade, name and reason for your request (password expiration, forgetting password etc.)

e-mail adress (★ should be changed to ＠)

Minami-osawa Campus

-first and second grade students of all faculties (except for second grade students of Faculty of Health Sciences);
